Rev. Jim Smith has been the Executive Director since 2006.  Jim and his wife Vicki have four children, two whom are married. 

Jim graduated from the Moody Bible Institute in 1977; Trinity University '79; International Seminary '90 and he is currently working on his Doctor of Ministry.

Jim has been in active pastoral ministry since 1979, serving has a youth pastor in Beloit, Wisconsin and Canton, Michigan and then 11 years as the Senior Pastor at the Apple Valley Baptist Church in Apple Valley, CA.  His ministry has also taken him to short-term mission work to many countries around the world.
