Apply and Submit Fee

We charge a one-time fee of $50 for our Pastoral Placement Services. We will also distribute this form free-of-charge to all other CB regions as requested. This fee will allow your file to remain active for one year. After completing the fee process, we will email the placement form to you at your Google Checkout email address.
