PASTORAL PLACEMENT

One of the really important functions of the CB Resource Center is to assist pastors and churches in transition.

Churches needing new staff members look to the Resource Center for help, recognizing that this is something which is handled with sensitivity, confidence and discretion.

Our links with the other regional Ministry Centers and the flow of Pastoral Placement Forms into CB Southern California, means we are well placed to provide excellent assistance to Search Committees as they work together in fellowship with us to locate God's person to meet their need.

Individuals seeking a new sphere of ministry and service will find competent and compassionate assistance from the CB Resource Center.

Dr. Dale James, our Church Resource Director, serves as our Pastoral Placement Director for CB Southern California. He will be happy to advise you concerning ministry opportunities in Southern California.
